One of the things I like about DOTs is their ability to interrupt the cast timers of your target's moves. You can use them to cause havoc with MKT, Snipers etc.

All your stats max at 30 and the first 5 points don't count. So when you max your Focus you'll be getting a 50% bonus to your Ballistic Accuracy. If you set your stats how you describe, an MA would beat you if you were using a Martial Arts...

What I mean is; if you have /orgnames turned off, only flagged players have their tag displayed. This enables you to see at a glance who is flagged and who is not.

It may be useful to spawn more missions in those buildings and see if the NPCs leave. If that area seems to have a higher than normal chance of it happening you could send the repro case to 9mmfu or someone and hope it helps.
