Patcher: Passive Code is not making the transition to CR2.0 (as in, if you had the ability yesterday, you no longer have it). (Last seen in: EPTS Update 15).
Trauma Surgeon: Panicked Heal heals for 1 damage. (Last seen in: EPTS Update 15)
Virologist
Virologist: Overclock was supposed to be granted if you had the CR1.0 ability Avoidance (who's place was taken by Overclock). This ability was not granted at all. (Last seen in: EPTS Update 15)

Please remember to /bug it if you encounter something weird, and confirm any bugs/oddities/etc. you find and report your own in this thread.
Also if you turn on free ranged attack while out of interlock combat it bugs out your abilits.
- Turns on Self Defense. - Truns off hacker stance. - Any hacker ability cast will cast but nothing will happen, not combat text. - Possible to fix by turning off free ranged attack and reapplying the hacker stance. - may take several tris at this and sometimes you just have to jack out for the abilits to work.
I found a significant hacker exploit today, (although it will work with any class, including operative, from what I've tested), replicated it successfully, and reported it. Obviously I won't explain the details here.. so yeah.
i have found free fire melee to be imposible or near impossible when using hacker style as the guns wont equp 90%of the time.
i use diffrent loadouts , balista , howitzer, despiler, doctor, um ,and force multipliyer and they all suffer from the asme problem when it comes to free fire melee so i came to the conclusion that it was hacker style that was interfering with the equiping of the gun.
in more detail : when i hit the free fire melee button in my hotbar the timer goes off but acts funny for a few seconds, no gun is equiped nor is an animation played and no damage is done to the opponent (which is a real pain in pvp)
what i believe has gone wrong is that the system is not auto equping the weapons and that is what is cauing the problem.
the only workaround is to go into the inventory and manualy equip the gun.
I've found that the Root 1.0 ability is broken by damage, but I'm sure that's well known. The root for the MKT ability[crippling throw] also has the same effect, although claimed to have been fixed, has not been. I haven't heard much about the root ability though.
Also, I'm not completely certain about this one, I have to test it tomorrow. but I believe that the Root 2.0 ability is broken by some of the vector DOT abilities. I'll test it tomorrow to make certain.
Dots Are Doin' Crazy Dmg...I've Stacked Dots On Someone Before...And Code Infect 4 Jumped From 67 Dmg All The Way 690 Dmg While He Was In Mid-Jump...Which Is Impossible Even If The Target Is Sitting...And Yes...This Was A LVL 50 That Fell Victim...Might Wanna Fix That...
What kind of crappy design flaw is that? 1 damage? Make it halved at least, but 1 damage?
I always felt it should do the same damage as Self-Defence, but that is looking at it realistically rather than in balancing the combat system way. How can it make you do less damage o.O
I guess if you are conserving IS while in IL as a hacker, it would be best to use a weapon or just use your hands and feet by switching to Self-Defence normally.
Or you can load coder style and switch to it once the hack has gone through, coder style has the same viral damage as hacker style so damage is the same, plus its melee acc and damage is higher than self defense.
But what sort of hacker would NOT want to use hax in IL?
