It allows you to listern to a radio station outside the game so you don't have to always listern to the in-game music. Heres a guide on how to use it.

You should concentrate on Belief and Reason as they give bonuses to viral skills. So any buffed clothing with viral accuracy, damage and/or defense is going to be beneficial to you.

Some people say anything you think could be real in another dimension so if you think the matrix is real it could be real in another dimension even if it isn't possible in our own dimension.

The only problem with people doing that as far as I can see is if they have a long name and you don't want to type it in over and over again especially if it has a mix of letters and numbers.

If you have martial arts expertise at level 10 you can get them. You should be able to get them from an operative vendor in Richland, shouldn't need to look in another district for abilities until you want ones that are around level 12-15...

We are going to get org meeting areas through the doors in the white hallway. This must be the devs way of giving us an area of our own so ideas like this probably won't happen.

The ones you saw in stealth must of been in the same org as you so they were allies. If not you must of had the tool and ability to detect people in stealth.

These are the districts that were to be made but we only got 4 of them.

The machines call a program an exile when it is no longer serving a purpose (according to the machines) and since Smith no longer served his purpose to the machines they probably would of considered him an exile.

I was killing some choppers and one of them hid behind a truck and repeatedly went into evade then when I came back later he did it again and would only stop being such a coward when the fighting stopped.

As you can see it's definately focus that gives ballistic accuracy.

Rifleman is probably the one for you. The ability gives you high accuracy, the rifles themselves give you accuracy and with a high focus you should find it easy to hit hostiles.

Finally those 'meet with' missions will actually serve a purpose and I wonder what these special missions are which you need to get in the white hallways. There will soon be plenty to do and no-one will say this game is boring.

Yes I have noticed this too. When I was leveling an ability by 5 levels the buffs didn't show for the first 4 clicks of the '+' button but on the 5th it showed the buff for all 5 levels. I guess with some abilities it doesn't add any more...

Maybe people are just busy with other things.

There's also defeating gangs, tagging hardlines and coding but they don't give alot of xp so if you want to level him quickly running missions and tagging access nodes are better.

It could mean anything but I wouldn't think its to do with being able to walk around in your hovercraft or something that big.

A martial art and a gun ability work well because you can do both range and close combat effectively and its a combination most characters in the movies had so I think its the most matrix like.
