What should I set my attributes to for hacker, and what type of clothes. Ive been away from the game for awhile and CR 2.0 is a little diferent.

You should concentrate on Belief and Reason as they give bonuses to viral skills. So any buffed clothing with viral accuracy, damage and/or defense is going to be beneficial to you.

i cant rember which order the stats are on the upgrade page but the second stat is the one which gives bonuses for viral accuracy and damage i think

They only go to 30, you will be able to get them both to 30 if you want SMILEY
