There's also defeating gangs, tagging hardlines and coding but they don't give alot of xp so if you want to level him quickly running missions and tagging access nodes are better.
Since tagging nodes has already been mentioned, I'll elaborate a little on efficient missioning. Get yourself a team that has at least one level 50 in it, this will yield a greater XP reward at the mission's completion. Also, Tiny/Hard missions give quite a payout.
And this is unconfirmed, but I've found that if you pick missions with a distance of approximately 400m or greater, the XP is increased. This would probably have to do with ensuring that you're getting three stages per mission, however.
lol... /pvp but ya if you have any spy stuff infiltration missions are rather fast and easy and get you the same xp... also theres sertain areas where if you start a mission there relativly close to each other and sometimes fewer stages with decent xp.
Have you ever noticed that some areas are restricted? That if you hang out too long an agent may appear and kill you? Each of those restricted areas has an "Access node" in it. What you must do is aquire an access key(please see above link Ramoji was kind enough to leave to get these locations). Once you have these keys you must then hack these access nodes(again see Ramoji's links). Each access node you tag not only gives you permission to be in that area(haha agents ) but you get major xp. yay!
Yeah, that teleporting thing is a lifesaver. Just findsomeone with that and join their team. They can just teleport you wherever, so if they know where the nodes are, you're goldenn. Easy XP.

I think that works in westview but isn't the reason the 'recall mission team member' ability doesn't work in international and downtown to stop this from happening or does it work in those districts now?
I think it used to be like that, but now I believe you can team recall anywhere. You just cant recall a person that is in a different section of town than you are (ie- to recall in downtown both people must be in downtown).
Yeah recall works everywhere now as long as your in the same district as the person recalling you. Good for hideouts and makes getting node keys and tagging nodes easy.
It is tough to get a load-out that is efficient in doing this at a low level, however it is worth the time to farm the Corrupts at Bathery Row.
I leveled 10 times (levels 20 - 30) in two days farming the code, and trading it for experience with Fumigator. This was also only playing part time, and on a team for about half of it with people at or above my level.
