I've noticed both at www.mxoarchive.radiomegacity.com and www.mxoresource.com that the Silver Dragon boss in Furihata is still refered to as "George", although he's changed his name to "Ginjiro" along with the Archaeologist's travel to Historic District.
For any other fansite creators I'm not aware of, please check that access key section of your site and look if this mistake is still present.
By the way, was George different from Ginjiro or was it nothing more but a name change?

Why have their been name changes? Do the devs find a new name that better suits the character.

Well, "George" isn't exactly what I would expect the leader of a tough Asian gang to be named.
I'll get that updated soon, partially since I want to see the name change for myself. Right now, though, I have to go study philosophy.

The three stripe spawn group boss in that area used to be a female rsi with dark clothes and short hair named;..."some person" ... that was changed also.
