I noticed that Combat Insight, Comtabe toughness, and a few others level out and do not add anymore buffs are a certain level. I continued to level combat toughness and martial arts prowess and they began to implement buff. Is combat insight the way, and @ what level?

Not all abilities max out at 50. Some max out at lower levels. When you look at them they will tell you what the current level the ability is at and what the max is... IE: 20/50 tells you that out of a possible 50 levels, you have met the level 20. If an abilit maxes at 25, then 25/25 would mean you have maxed out that ability's level capacity.

I am not sure about the max for Combat Insight... being dead and all, but if you look at the ability level yourself, it will answer it for you.

No what i am asking is, when you hit p for upgrade you you begin to lever your abilites with the plus or minus, after awhile the ability does not give any more buffs. even though you can continue to level futher. not sure if this is a bug or if @ the certain level the abilty stops adding buffs and then continues when you get a certain level. Example: I notice combat insit stopped detailing the buff it added for that level @ the upgrade screen. So did combat toughness. I contined to level combat toughness and after 10 levels of no buffs the buffs began to kick back in. Anyone else notice this?

Yes I have noticed this too. When I was leveling an ability by 5 levels the buffs didn't show for the first 4 clicks of the '+' button but on the 5th it showed the buff for all 5 levels. I guess with some abilities it doesn't add any more attributes until you leveled it another 5 times or whatever interval. Or maybe it does but it only shows the upgrade for every 5 levels etc. You can check to see if its added anything by hovering your mouse over the ability on the hotbar.

Yes the buffs go to a every x number of levels system. That way in the future they can be balanced if needed.

Yes. You can either level them up by one every time you gain a level or by another interval depending on how many levels it takes to increase the buff on that ability.
