I am a bit concerned how rare got the idea to overpower certain buffs in certain items to make them "1337". Oh and -10% IS regen on the pants isn't enough for a balance since I am yet to see an item with just 35% HP regen and all the other...

Balance trough buffing, not nerfing. NO item that costs so much and takes more time to farm than it lasts should exist in my oppinion.

It really depends on WHAT or who you do it. The numbers above probably are against a lvl 50 with 130 melee resistance or less.
