I want to give everyone an opportunity to seek answers. Please ask me questions about The Matrix Online be it in mechanics, strategy, storyline, clothing, or whatever you can think of. I'm also very knowledgable about the movies if you have questions there as well. I don't know everything, but I know as much as I can. If I don't know the answer, I will try to find it or someone else may be so kind as to lend a hand. What is it that you want to know?

In order to accurately test you would need more than 1000 test samples. That said however, before the combat revision Wrist Throw had a 40% chance of stun. It's possible that it wasn't changed greatly and if that's around the same it would put EFK at about 10%.
I already know that one, I even asked him personally over PMs but he never replied to that specific one, he has a habit of replying to only some of my PMs. I was hoping that someone else might know the stun % for certain.
In any case, yours is still a guess and so is mine: The EFK % is rather around 5%, placing Wrist Throw to 20%. I guess I'll have to redo that PM.
More like 1% and 4%....
