Early CR2.0 I used to use sky high-Falling kick alot and people didn't wear alot of resistance back then--used to be able to pull of 1,400 kicks, 900 with sky high. Nowadays it's about 900 if the sky high's debuff happens, and more with Tomatoe nage
All are unbuffed, assuming that MA Prowess + Power are what the moves are being preformed in. EFK and Dim Mak damage is listed assuming a Sky High Sidekick has landed before the attack. Tomo Nage damage seems to be erratic even when considering the innate buff activation before the damage lands.
Also, all are listed during everyday PvP. These aren't the highest damage possibilities, but what I seem to get when dealing with people who are using balanced resistance to all classes.
Most likely, considering the 3k Punt was done naked. The only damage clothes I had on were the 4% Damage Gloves from Tier 1 Pandora's Box. If I had more thrown damage clothes at the time, I'm sure it would have been a lot more.
All the luggables, max damage loadout and clothes, full damage buffs and power tactics vs a sitting lvl 1 I would think. If you really wanted to go all out put all the resistance debuffs on them too.
Well, debuffing the resists of a NPC/player lower level than you won't increase the damage you deal to them.
Overdrive pills would also help, although it's not really worth wasting those for a screeny. I take it some trickery was involved in getting the level 1 to daze without dying, either unloading Awakened + using a Zatkin/Borman, or having a lowbie duel while the target sat flagged for PVP.
It's always possible to get it higher. If you *really* had a team that wanted to push it, someone with the ol' 40 points Pugilists could have some reds team up and DOT him, and wait with Firearms and LUTS in synch with PG buff... that'd easily beat any Sniper Shot cap we've seen thus far. It's just a trick of getting the timers to all happen perfectly.

Hehe
This is a little over two years old now. I believe it was a level 47 Creston NPC (don't quote me on that) I got to shoot at me til they proc'd, etc etc. Here's the results:
