theres a similar bug where if you have more buffs than you can fit onto one line and hte buff bar expands onto a second, none of the buffs on the second bar will show any tooltips and the first bar will rarley show tooltips either.

you might have a decent powr supply at the moment but some of the medium to high end cards really eat up power, a 450w- 550 watt power supply should be sufficient to keep everthing running smooth if you decide to get a new card.
