There are times when my hacks are completed resisted. I did a search and didn't find a thread that had a solution. Do any of you guys have the same problem and/or know how to overcome this issue?

yeh I hate that, the only plus point is if they are Hacker, you'll resist their attacks aswell, it's best to either wait a bit or just free fire em with a shotgun or summat.
I started a 4th RSI and I believe IL is for the birds. My new character is lvl 3 and I only have tinkering and barrage 1 and the reuse timer on tinkering is horibbly long. AND I killed over 30 CHOPPERS before getting a FLIPPING GUN!!!!
There are more gunman and martial art class NPCs than hackers so they resist my attacks while I get bloody shot. I have found ILing them will cause my hacks to not be resisted, but then we get the IL penalty. Oh well, I still get paid, tonight even w00t.

yeah the use /reuse timers on the code tree hack abilities, really need a look at...
and being a hacker , you kinda get used to everthing bouncing off something else, i mena its probably one of the hardest trees to play, what with all the negative buffs stacked against you , and the reliance on is draning specials , coupled with the is drain from the the il shield.
do you have any hacker accuracy clothing for your lowbie, 1% might not seem like much but if you have a set of it then it can make at least a little difference.

In order to play a hacker effectively, you must have accuracy bonus clothing and you must learn to use viral defense downgrades.
Until then, it gonna be hit or missmissmissmissmiss.

I had this problem a couple of times with my low level. It can be annyoing if those npcs resist all your hacks and only interlocking them seems to solve the problem.There are times when my hacks are completed resisted. But I also had this in PvP a while back. I used UA and a MKT (stats also set for MKT) resisted all my hacks :-/

FYI, accuracy or any type of "enhanced" clothing aside from resistance is really worthless as a lowbie.
Let's say you have a base Viral Accuracy of 10, or even 20 depending on your level. 1% or clothing by itself will do absolutely nothing, as buffs round downwards in MXO. For the clothes to make any difference, you'd need an entire set (7 items, very unlikely) of 1% accuracy clothing. That's a 7% bonus, if your style is 10 you get .7 pts of accuracy, which rounds down to nothing. If your style is 20, you get 1.4 pts of accuracy, which rounds down to 1 extra point of accuracy. You'd be a lot better off with resistance

Hmm. . .I forgot about the "truncating decimals".
In that case, yes, resistance clothing is much more important to lower level players. However, if you can find both in an item, such as in the launchers, it couldn't hurt! 
I've encountered players with clothing specifically farmed to deal with hacker threats...stacking viral resistance% clothing and the such. Usually if alot of my attacks are being deflected, then I switch up my tactics and instead of starting with top tier attacks and working my way around the tree, I'll use some lower level debuffs and work my way back up.
