IMO it's wrong that Hyper Deflect can be used together with the other Defense Hyper Abilities. Remove this and Viral Shielding has a purpose again.

56 IS for 5 seconds of downgrades (I know a lot of downgrades, but still) is not fair. At least 1 downgrade should stay for a longer time. Maybe add a Viral defense -30 for 30 seconds and keep the other downgrades for only 5 seconds.

As lvl50 phyisian/um is best for missioning. while upgrade master is active your damage is very good (300-400 ballistic damage/shot) and viral attack from physician does about 600-700 damage on a lvl51 npc.

I haven't read all replies, so maybe someone else said this before: Title Ability Upgrade Teleportation Fix Active title-Ability upgrades now remain in place after teleporting from hardline to hardline. Upgrade Master Upgrade is still gone...
