I have noticed over the last few days heals from mob patchers not landing on other mob members.

Maybe from the new team-only area heals thing?

I've never seen npc's using area heals...
They normally only use the single target heals from the physician tree.

The only reason that spring to my mind is a full buffer :/

Yeah, I've been seeing that too.
What happends is the one NPC will start the heal and you see the "mobius code" (Yea thats right, I said Mobius code) icon over their heads but then none of the gang members atcually get the heals.

((NPC's don't use group heals))((I don't think Heals have a buffer cost))

I think some heals might have a tiny buffer cost, I seem to remember failing once because the target was chock full.

NPCs aren't supposed to have AOE heals/buffs. Although...it occurs to me now that I did give them to the Tigers back when I made those Pandora's Box NPCs. I wonder how I managed to forget about that when we switched all the AOE heals/buffs to team-only... Well, I'll just have to give them single-target heal/buffs instead. Are you seeing this with any other NPCs?

The "Mobious Code" icon you see is the same as Repair RSI 4.0.  I have been noticing this with the level 16 to 26 NPCs using individual heals because I have been playing my alts more.  I haven't paid attention if mission NPCs are healing challenged as well.

Yes, the NPC's I have seen using heals (but them not atcually working) are the gang that gives out small hammers...erm...Thats right the Crushers, in Gracy Heights

There are lots of NPCs with single-target heals, and those are still supposed to work. By "not working" do you mean that the NPC being given the heal isn't actually getting any health back?

The only way I have found to have a full buffer to deny you heals is to buff yourself to over 200 buffer using the Tiger Master's Gi then taking it off. When you heal it says your buffer is full. Using Buffer Overflow doesn't have the same effect though.
If you are reading this my sig didn't work T_T

I've also noticed, like at Rogers Way Central, One would start a buff upgrade (ex combat enhance 1.0), but stop. Then everyone else does it. I don't see the buff land per say.
