so i was noticing during my 2 week hacker load period that sometimes you'll land a Code Freeze 1.0/2.0 The enemy sometimes doesnt root. Ive seen sometimes where i pacify him, or root him/her and they can still run at full speed like it was nothing and sometimes even HJ. Anyone noticed this?

If they've been rooted already, maybe the root will go through but won't stay on?

Its a Downgrade that works fine...
Antibiotics or Damage will break the root.
Although i think codefreeze 2.0 shouldnt break im pretty sure thats meant to work like bottleneck so they really shouldnt move unless an Anti is popped

The Freeze abilities do have chances to be broken by damage, 1.0 is 100% chance and 2.0 is 50% I think Pacify can also be removed by damage, I'm assuming you use DoTs because they are in the same area as the Pacify abilities?

As stated before this ability are broken by damage. If your enemy has some DOTS running, the root breaks with the next tick. It's not a good tactic to use them while DOTS are running. Best usage is at the beginning of a fight, cast some downgrades and start with you damage attacks (which will break the root).
