Seems to me Pace might have some emotion she doesnt understand or its a ploy, we can not be too sure, but first we must learn of the councils decision and the machines reaction on whatever the outcome is.

For any loadout to beat MA is simply, avoid IL. Hackers have many abilites to slow/root, use them. Its exactly how a MKT or Gunman would also defeat them, though most gunman can beat MA in IL with the right loadout.

These items are great in PvE when your killing something that takes high damage from them, i.e Garygoyle = Stakes etc However they outroll almost anything and in PvP are highly overpowered.
