It's been TantaIos all along, dearies: he kidnapped Viraconrida, sabotaged Khursun's signal, and killed him with a flame virus. TantaIos didn't even seem to care that sabotaging Khursun's signal would end up killing his assistant in crime, Glycon, who was on the same ship.

Days like this you go to bed feeling like it didn't pay to have got out of it that morning. We lost a good man... But Khursun beat him, even so. We know our bogeyman now, dears, and it's our turn to show him what a nightmare really is.

Lol that was an awesome event. Dont think it went to plan... but i had a BLAST!!! Only reason i stopped having fun that night was because a certain faction mate wasn't having a good night.

Yet another perfectly good Cypherite event shot to hell by involving other orgs. I'm glad I didn't go.

Word to the wise, Veil: I consider Viraconrida a traitor for making deals with the Machinists. They are our enemies, no matter what hovercraft broadcast signal says. We may be unable to attack them, but the Machines are still seeking to arrest all of us as terrorists. I will see Lisa dead for her crimes. Be careful that you do not force me to the same decision with you. We neither need nor want the aid of other organizations, and involving them in Cypherite matters comes pretty close to treason in my book.

Along those same lines, the time for talk is over. If anything, this proves the necessity for action - sitting back and waiting is just costing us people, not getting us more. Our numbers are at an all-time low. We did not join to talk. We joined to fight for the cause, and I will fight even if I have to do it against you, Veil, though I hope it doesn't come to that.

But that being said, Ethan was a good man - one of the best of us. His death will not be in vain.

Now, I'm not going to lecture you all on ethics and principle, but I will say this: Khursun was *CENSORED* fine individual and understood a whole hell of a lot more than any of those currently carrying the Cypherite banner. I only pray that not only those of the Cypherite organization but every one of us can attain even half of Khursun's understanding.

I'm slightly confused at why some of you Cypherites on Recursion feel that the Machines are your enemies... Are you nuts? How else will you get reinserted? Are you just going to fiddle with your thumbs if you ever succeed in reinserting everyone/killing all the awakened?

I say this because on Syntax, Machinist and Cypherite relations are very tight, as I think it should be. Both organizations' goals are not so different from each other from time to time. The Machinists protect the Matrix because it is their job to... Cypherites should protect the Matrix because it is their unofficial home...)
