The following is a high priority alert for all agency field operatives.

A sizeable clash between extremist groups occurred last week in Camon Heights. Surveillance reports indicate that TaeCross, a leading representative of the terrorist group who have dubbed themselves "E Pluribus Neo," and Viraconrida, of the masked "Cypherite" group, were present at the disturbance.

These terrorist groups have been declared illegal, and the ringleaders involved have been placed on the "most wanted" lists of the appropriate government agencies. Any sighting of such activities should be reported to your superior officer immediately. If necessary, take whatever action is appropriate to ensure the safety of the citizenry.

Wow Gray... took you along time to figure out where the cypers hang out.. maybe you shouldn't accept the invatation to my bar.. Might have one or two on the most wanted list in their.. but then again its a open bar.
