Ok. this will be interesting. I've not been invovled in dealings with EPN but I've never truly believed that stand for what Neo wanted. We shall see how this goes.

We do not have all the information currently, but we have means of getting it. We have an example that I hope will convince you that we are in earnest: database 427-JA.03.
You might recognize that that name; after all, we found out about it from your mainframe. It's a Machine database that Zion identified, but never cracked. We have. I could tell you what information it contains, but I think it will be more convincing if you check it yourself first. We'll provide the access code for your operatives.

I know some people who went over to EPN. Some of them were jerks, but some of them really believed in what they were doing.

I think some might truly believe in peace but too many don't understand how to get it. I also agree, we should see if this intel holds any water. I left and relayed this new intel to Tyndall.

There were several guards on a rotating shift, I made my way through a air vent and side passage to get past the guards unnoticed. I was able to get into the terminal to check this intel out.

I could certainly read what those numbers were telling me, I relayed this intel to Tyndall as soon as I got out, unnoticed again. Machine guards are too easy to get past.

More machines, for more Humans no doubt. I've always believed a stike force would be in place, this goes to show how hostile the machines are and will always be, and we are a long way from being free. This isn't a truce, this is hostility at a knifes edge.

Yes I know what you mean, however I long for a future where mankind will once again be free and we can learn from our mistakes in the past and move on without this everyday threat from the machines hanging over us.

That's right; now we know that EPN can get into Machine databases. They probably couldn't have planted those numbers you found without the Machines having detected it...
Look, even if those numbers are real, this is no surprise. So the Machines have built up their strike force; considering how many Sentinels we chewed up last time they tried to take the docks, and that Zion's population has grown since the Truce, they were bound to do that.
What we need to do now is figure out if it's worth dealing with EPN. The Machines can't claim that we'd be breaking the Truce if we gave EPN hovercraft safe passage through Zion tunnelspace, since the Machines aren't supposed to pursue craft in there anyway.

I really appreciate your help. I don't know if we're going to deal with EPN. The Council is going to have to chew this over, and they'll probably want more proof of EPN's capabilities. But if we have a potential outside source for getting at Machine information, that gives us a lot more leverage when it comes to dealing with Machine demands.

The truce is critical for our survial, but I still want to see how we can move forward and have mankind completely free, I hate to think everyday people are living lives that don't even exist, thats not what mankind should be subjected too.
We will see if we work with EPN, and if they can give us more intel that will be useful to us. Keep me posted Tyndall.
