I put up the article and the initial thread at about 9:59 AM. While I was out sick, I completely forgot about the maintenance at 10.
Unless someone changed something without my notice: The snowballs cost 100 $i each, the hats cost one of each snowball, and the new duds require at least one Perfect Snowflake. Since I don't know whether Rarebit has mentioned those yet or not, I'm not going into detail here.
Paying for things with snowflakes? That's crazy talk.

Well, I must admit the new hat texture looks great. And those gloves will probably never replace my threaders gloves, but they do look pretty nice anyway

Are you gonna deactivate the hats after the event is through?Last year, the "Festive Hats" put you in a Festive state which allowed others who are Festive to throw snowballs at you which would eventually destroy the hat, allowing for red vs. blue snowball fights. When the holiday ended, there were no more snowballs and the hats no longer put you in a Festive state, but the hats remained in your inventory, though I'm not sure if they could still be equiped.
During the events last year, the colored Party Hats could be worn and activated to send out streamers, confetti and a party whistle. After the holidays, the hats remained in inventory, could be worn and seen, but could no longer be activated for the party effects.
I expect it will be the same this year.

Same for me here... I can only see the frame which is about 3 cms high....

we are getting both male and female black and white formal gloves and hats. If you see a female version theres a male version comeing also.
