In short - they need a test server to balance them.
(( I got screenshots and chatlog of the bonus crit - I'll post them in case it isn't archived.))
((Bluepills? Not in the version I ran. If you're refering to Machine security, those are programs, not bluepills. Anyway, that was one heck of a revalation... and I imagine the Mystery Man is now less mysterious.))
((*doesn't read the RP banter above* Very interesting... I wonder what it was that Cryptos told Morpheus?))

Huh, they're really that appealing/different? Well, whatever floats your boat. Now, about that Agent Suit...
Huh... those are from the EPN npcs, right? Interesting... not terribly different from stuff we already have, but it works, I guess.
Summoning the the dead, eh? Probably the Morpheus sim.
Classified? Wow, we're in for something big...
Job well done, Rarebit! Can we expect bullet time adjustments for standard moves in the future?
Rarebit wrote: And you'll finally get to experience the violent ending of the Swirling Ki Summon animation. Interesting....
Since they're the only way to get shadow pills, their value has increased... though the original values were a bit steep. I'm against a price drop, unless the original key owners are refunded the difference somehow (perhaps a collector to...

What happens when you launch Mxo through this thing? Does it still do the nifty code logo, or does it just skip to the character selection screen?
RemagDiv wrote: Where do these drop? I got mine from a standard mission over a year ago - must just be a random drop.
Unless something changed in the past few months, its still possible - I'm at max Machine rep.
Or, make them tradable.
If those are actually from Beta, I'm fairly certain that they can be damaged, but repaired an infinite number of times. Beta items given out by the CSRS have one purity dot, decay, and can NOT be repaired.

Fun mission - things are getting very interesting story-wise too.
((Heh, both my level 255 agents were Norris. Intentional or cool glitch?))
Yes! So far all of the revealed ones were on my prediction list.
((And I like how these keep bringing up the still unresolved plot point about Neo's remains - I imagine this will have some connection to the Mystery Man))
You think that's walls you're breathing? If so, you're quite insane.
Yeah... it would be more clear if it were "The Truce served..." or "This war serves..."

I always loved the Elite Commandos - a cross between redpill leather, intimidating special ops, and humanoid sentinels. The fact that their entire getup is a *set* of high level quest items is awesome... Now, about the General's beret...
You get the ability pills from the org constructs, just as I suspected. If I understand that first item in changes, that means Archives shouldn't glitch as much anymore. Fantastic. Elite commando quest ftw.

Sounds very interesting. I hope Cryptos is involved.

You know... I'm suddenly getting a feeling that the next cinematic will have Roland and Colt reacting to the destruction of Old Zion. That'd be really cool.
I'm all for Roland and his Crew showing up in game - the Meros have countless characters, I see no reason to not expand the other Orgs' rosters as well.

It wasn't luggables, that was just an example. They'd have to scale back just about all non-critical mission new content (quests, etc) instead. I'd love to see fully implemented Cyph/EPN orgs... but at the cost of other new things to do, I...

EPN used code bombs to forcibly awaken blues in 4.2 - if that isn't the matrix equivalent of Terrorism, nothing is. Similairly, the two live events debunked the "CPDS are harmless" lie.
The Cypherites serve a new purpose: sabotaging Zion operations and continuing to prevent awakenings. And after the overwriting thing, they're still probably a bit paranoid about direct Machine controll.
Granted - you wish for a counter. It materializes above you and crushes you. I wish for the General's black redeye beret to be a reward for the new quest thing.

Sparks is also mentioned on a computer in one exile contact's mission (pepper?).
Great mission.
That was one of the best missions in a long time! *Super Spoilers below!* I didn't expect Wright to get killed off so soon - I was worred that she'd be the new Anome/General type character. Phew. As for what's going to happen... well, it's...
Is there a reason they're only showing EPNS performing these moves?
Ah, another pun. Not as good as "process of elimination", but I like it.
According to The General's blog (written by Chadwick, but unreliable since the General loves deception), Zero One was established in Iraq. Edit: Here's the exact quotation. The great efficiencies of 01 and its industrial satellites in the...
The humans damned their own civilian population - without the sun, they essentially killed off their entire food supply.
Machines were definately the victims - humans used them, and refused to hear their pleas for peacefull coexistance and equality. Then when the Machines actually started to prosper, they tried to wipe them out and wound up ruining the plane...
Granted, but it's a lemon. I wish for Shinryu's hovercraft rank entry to win!
Granted, but everyone and everything on it is relocated to an identical planet beforehand. I wish for disarm animations to make it in to the new wallkick pill stuff.
