Recently, Rylet, Merrit, and Harkee have all mentioned Roland and his crew. Apparently he's commanding the Mjolnir II now. According to Harkee, his ship crashed when the Machines' virus hit old Zion's database. The ship was still running off of old Zion's systems. They've had to make it back to New Zion on foot. Roland and Colt have made it back so far, but AK and Mauser are still missing.
Makes me wonder if they're actually going to show up in-game.

Even as a Merv, this would make me very happy. We're in desperate need of actual movie tie-ins.

Also a Merv myself, but I'm a big fan of Roland (even used to RP him in a fan-created RP that a bunch of friends and I used to run). Glad to hear he's making a comeback!

I'm all for Roland and his Crew showing up in game - the Meros have countless characters, I see no reason to not expand the other Orgs' rosters as well.

Wahahahahahahahahahahah! What idiot ties their ship's controls directly into a remote computer? He wasn't doing anything tricky like docking there, so the ship should have been under manual control.

I don't think he meant old zion was controlling the ship, I think he meant the ship was still connected to old zion's database instead of the new one. Like how 2 computers would get infected if they were connected but only one of them opens the virus. Something like that.

We have seen the Twins, Sati and other charathers from the movie so why not Roland and Colt? I heard they samething from our liaison Othinn..but so far that's all we heard. I want to wait until I hear more about Roland and Colt.

You know... I'm suddenly getting a feeling that the next cinematic will have Roland and Colt reacting to the destruction of Old Zion. That'd be really cool.

Breaking news. According to Harkee, Roland has been promoted to Commander in Lock's absence.
Zion can't go without a Commander as they wait for Lock to return. If Lock returns, then he will return to his original position as Commander, but until then, Roland is in charge.

That's what I was hoping for. It sucks not being able to see your Commander or even your controller for that matter. Don't get me wrong I love seeing Niobe and Ghost any chance I get. But it just feels like "Enter the Matrix 2" sometimes.
