It's really interesting to see other people's solutions. Sometimes you think "Oh, why didn't I think of that?" or "Haha, that's far too complicated." but it's always fascinating to see the process a mind goes through.

The MxO patcher is the best one to use. It will look like it's taking forever but it won't really be that bad. Use the time to browse around the forums and help guides to get yourself familiarised with things for when you jack in.

While these are things Hackers can already do, the idea of a Tranq gun is actually pretty cool. I'm sure there'd be interesting ways to use it in Events and stuff too.

I feel it's not really that necessary, if you're having trouble then you should probably come up with a way to manage your resources better.

The area you mine in only affects the level of the nodes. This may be a factor in what will spawn and what won't but there is no particular organisation of spawn types as you've suggested.

I don't play guns a lot but I'd suggest keeping the MKT rooted for long enough to get a state and FAR. Wear resistance gear if you have it.

Probably easiest to farm one real quick and try it out.
