EDIT: Oh *CENSORED* didn't see the last paintings. That one of Phluff is amazing. Awesome work. Kinda reminds me of Colonel Carter from Stargate SG-1 and that ain't a bad thing
Brilliant paint work, but you could do with working on your character poses a lot more.
Using this piece as an example :
The characters lack energy, they just seem to be singular props on the white background with no life in them. Try and get a good line of action in your character construction. Take pace for example, the shoulders need to be more obvious, her right shoulder should be higher and more pronounced, and her left should be lower down. The same again for Agent Gray, his spine should be curved with a fluid line, and his right should should be dropped to show his reaction.
What I can't even post some constructive advice without people thinking I'm badgering a newbie? Yeesh. Anyway I know what you mean about snapshot painting, once you get the flash of inspiration you go for it. Thats a good thing, just thought I'd give you a bit of advice like.

Ey folks! Sorry for not sayin hello lately. Bought a 3 month sub for this game, and haven't used it yet =P Too much work, and i wish i had a superpower that would allow me to stay awake all the time. =3 That would be neat... Or flying.... Hmm...
I am working on something... slowly... very very slow... But i figured i should give a free doodle to 5 people here. Since you all have been so nice.
A simple pencil sketch of whatever you want. But i think i'll make a lottery out of this, because it's not fair to do the "five first" since allot of people are probably asleep now. So, just say something you want me to doodle. And maybe you'll be one of the lucky five. (Can't take more then 5 =( Or i'll kill myself with stress.) Heh... Eh... Yeah. Remember it's just a doodle, not a uber realistic hundred hour drawing or PS work...
