Probably very nearly zero if I understand what you are asking. XP is already displayed on the HUD info is easily seen on the Inventory window and CQ total is easily seen by using the chat command /cq as I recall.

In most games that have ranking systems for PvP, the acumilation of kills results in various awards to a player from the mundane to the useful. Yes some kind of system is needed but one that can't really be gamed.
