Sorry had to do it.

There weren't that many animations to miss out on.
Technique: Provides a damage bonus when using Aikido and gives a bonus to Viral Deflection.
Balance: Provides a chance to self-heal while activated.
Purity: Provides a chance to remove negative states while activated.
Sweep the Floor: A damaging special attack with a chance to Disarm the target.
Spinning Flower: A damaging special attack with a chance to temporarily lower the target's Combat Tactics.
Zen Master: Provides a chance to regain IS when damaged while activated
Aside from the aikido serene calm/iron body-ish effects of Balance, Purity, Zen Master, etc, there were only two attacks. It has been forever since I saw them, but seem to recall that they weren't overly special, but an aikido-ish attack that we hadn't seen before.
Right and I want to say Spinning Flower did a sort of Leg Sweep animation.
Neo: Everything but most likely KungFu GM
Trinity: SMG Specialist (i tend to think so anyway)
Morpheus: Aikido GM
Seraph: KungFu GM
Niobe: Karate GM
Ghost: Expert Riflemen
Kid: KungFu GM
Apoc: Duelist
Switch: Duelist
Cypher: ....idk thats a toughy
Agents: Duelist
I miss anyone?

Neo would be able to stop bullets and knives.
And everyone else is mortal.
But Neo's dead.
So who cares?

Neo -The one - Seemed to favour Kung Fu GM over anything else
Trinity - That kick signiture move and yeah SMG seemed to be her usual loadout. She seemed to run a bit of everything (Knife throwing/chopper/bike driving)
Morpheus - Akido GM coupled with SMG and Sword-master.
Seraph: Kung Fu all the way.
Niobe: Karate (is it really?)
Ghost: Expert Rifleman
Apoc and Switch did a dual load of duelist and SMG.
Cypher: Did he ever do anything combat wise in the matrix? =o
Agents: System File 01. Version "we kick your *CENSORED*"
Agent Smith - System File 01; Version "we punch your *CENSORED*" (he didn't like kicking did he?)
I must admire how they get several load-outs to work quite well together.
I think he just carried a pistol but he never really fought other than in the basement after dropping down through the wall where he fired randomly if i recall
then theres the game characters
cryptos kungfu gm
veil and shimada smg specialist i think but veil uses knives sometimes too.

Veil uses duel SMG's aswell (:
I never saw an agent use two guns.
I think you're getting mixed up with Duel and Dual.
Duel: A prearranged combat between two persons, fought with deadly weapons according to an accepted code of procedure, esp. to settle a private quarrel. Any contest between two persons or parties.
Dual: Composed or consisting of two people, items, parts, etc., together; twofold; double.
I.e. 'I challenge you to a duel' *slaps with back of a glove*
and 'Veil uses dual SMG's aswell'
(See how I fixed that!
)

Very well then *Smacks you with metal gauntlet*

Apoc is an SMG Expert, he is never seen in the movie using a pistol. He gives one to Neo, but then in the actual fight scene, he is using dual stitchers.
On that note, Trinity is a MKT/KungFu/Karate, and Cypher is a Gunslinger/Infiltrator... Don't believe me? I just watched the movie again, go look for yourself

Trinity was probably Full SMG Spec (redux being only additional ability), and then kung fu as far as she can take it.
EDIT: Smith was a Karate GM with the system FM, if I had to guess.
Don't forget Smith knowing Aikido, he uses a ton of counter-throws in both the subway scene and the end scene in Revolutions. In one support to Karate GM, he has insane damage.

And I just see cypher as a Master shadow. . . Seems like the kind of guy that'd do cheap shots like punt and use invisibility to run away allot.
