Penalty is still not enough. Im still getting hacked to death in interlock with duelist loaded and 30 focus. Ma's are fine but getting into interlock with a hacker and im as good as dead.

Rolling out

If you use any of the operative tree load up to Sideroll escape in the spy tree. Everytime ive used it ive rolled out of interlock on the first attempt. Ive done this as kung-fu and duelist/smg/rifles. You dont have to be a spy to use it....

Check out the spy tree. Theres a nice little ability in there that will allow you to roll out 100% of the time. Takes up some memory but worth it imo.

What gun were you using? Those numbers are way too high. If your using a hampton hideout gun (stinger, lancet or needler) then that would explain it. Those guns havent been converted yet and shouldnt be used for balance testing.

I should have been more clear. Ballista was fully loaded and parts of other hacker trees were loaded as well. Mostly I loaded any passive ability that gave beneficial bonuses such as viral accuracy and is cost reduction.
