Not a bad update. Not much content-wise, but a load of fixes and options that will make the game better in the long run.

I am sure all 5 versions of the chapter rewards have a Perpetual status. A sick combo would be the Code Eyes and Blue Headlamp 24/7. I can't imagine them handing out a Perpetual Flame Virus though...

Most people have alts that do all 3 Crits when released, so it's not like they are giving away secrets to other Orgs when archived, most people know all 3 sides when the crits are first released, so I see no problem with it.
