I tend to shy away from duelist, because from my experience, it's the buggiest tree out there. Dual Pistol Execution LOVES to suck up IS and do absolutely nothing afterwards.

The confusion here, is that Yuki 15-25 has a Tengu, and Sakura 30-40 has a Tengu. Beating Yuki Tengu at 25 is fairly easy... beating Sakura Tengu at 30 is impossible
