While there is a luggable in that image, the circled particles are not it.
I doubt Rarebit left those in by accident. He did, after all, change them to white. Looks more interesting than if it was just snowflakes, at least.

I love how there is still one of those old "Dont trust the Frenchman" flyers in the screenshot.

Well whatever the luggables are in that picture, they were a different color but "changed to white". so in the screenshot they must be something white which is not normally white.
Hmmm, could that be the outline of a great giant Christmas bow in front of where the yeti's face would be? just a guess i could be missing it.

Whats that thing below the car in the lower right hand corner of the image? it looks a bit green and curve slanted...Thats what im guesing one of the luggables is... but who knows
EDIT: Found another one but its white and on the left side of the snowmans neck.. its like a straight whate line... =S.. O dear god dont tell me we going to have fake ancient scrolls of somewhat that miroku uses in inuyasha... XD Just a thoguht.. just a thoguht.... but seriously those are two things that i find that stand out when i lok at that image
