The fix is that I have seen some ppl unflag when they are caring the luggable.
I also suggest tht ppl drop it immediately when they die and not when they recon ;or reflag after death if they still got the luggable in their inv. Now I kill some ppl tht have a luggable and nothing drops and then some1 rezzes them and they r not flagged. Now thts messed up.

yeh I havn't encountered the one with the flagging thing because I'm on vector, but the rezzing one is quite annoying

The biggest thing I've noticed is that ONLY the luggables that grant a movement speed bonus keep you flagged. The others will flag you only as long as a /pvp does.

The luggable effect also stays active when you are no longer carrying the luggable.... hence, a player will show up as not carrying a luggable, but they can still get that IS, Movement Speed, or HR bonus.
