I repor'ed it this morning and got a bug to the devs. Its an issue when guard breaker is used against any opponent that is using a gun in interlock. Sometimes the ability wont even function properly not just give a bad animation.

Yes Xcesss there inherant Acc bonuses on most if not all Interlock abilities still. This fact is being looked at in regards to balance for interlock abilities.

No there is no fine control for which effects will or will not be shown. This is mostly only available as a performance related option so that on lower end computers player's can turn off effects and help their client's performance.
