Heavy Meson Rifle

Ok to start off, they are still bugged the low-level version is in the lvl 40-50 and the high lvl is in the lvl 25-35.

Now, im wondering why they break so darn fast, i had a full purity and in around 5mins it was already broke.

Is this by design or...?

also they are non-repairable so once broke i cant use it anymore ever

Not to say they can't change their minds but you asked "Why" cause the design folks wanted it that way.
