The timer on this item has been bugged for quite some time now. It's one of those after you use it, the next time you try it says, "You Must Wait 1 More Seconds to Use Prison Mastery Device Again." The timer says 120 seconds and i just tested it and it was at just about 6 minutes later when it finally let me use the item again(or 5 minutes and 30 seconds from when it wears off).

Just wanted to make sure everyone else was experiencing this as well, cause i would like to get this fixed since it is a very useful item and I would like to be able to use it more consistently, or even if it stayed at this long at least fix a timer so we have idea of how long before we can use again SMILEY

It should be noted however while it gives a toughness bonus that bonuses increase as the player continues to take damage. This is for both the Prison Mentality Device and Prison Mastery Device, with the difference between them being how much Toughness you start out with and how much you gain per increase over the time you are taking damage.

Yep, its a known issue.
