PB3 is a very effective way to level, Levet.

You need 2 players to form a crew, 2 crews to form a faction. However, as a new player you'll learn a lot more about the game from joining an existing faction. If you're thinking about going Machine, I'd recommend Systematic Chaos.

It's also possible to get one's VD up to ~200, while with hacker attributes, my accuracy is around 120ish, I only have a chance to hit if I use Upgrade Attacks. Add in the IL accuracy penalty, and it's pretty hard for hackers to hit in IL...

This is very important to me. I leveled up Bayamos (my 2nd character) to 50 as full perception so he'd be most effective at MA. Now under CR2, Perception isn't good for MA, and I'm punished for my choice. We need a way to choose new stats.
