Hostile server RP depends on what you would define as roleplay, If it's meerly staying in character then yes, there are also a few unofficial LET type teams going on which are started by Vectorite's that already hit 50 and get bored of PvP...

sorry for the nub question but are the percentages added onto base stats or stats at the end of a buff persay? Regards
