what the **bleep**? its gone up and also im getting charged OVERSEA Transaction>??

WHAT IS HAPPENING?

Anyone else geting this ? Fron UK or wherever

The game is bad Enough .... i aint Paying more for Something that i am debating leaving!!!!! This is BS!

Hmmmm ... so much for $15.99 a month ... or £8.99 over here in UK ... also ... £1 Overseas charge ....

I don't think I want to pay a price INCREASE for the lack of content at the minute ... Pandoras Box isn't really worth an extra charge ... only a couple of Pounds here ... but still ... FOR WHAT?!

Not a happy bunny ... especially since I wasn't notified about a price-hike.

Yeah we were all assured that there would not be a price increase when the game moved to SOE. There is a mention of differing tax charges depending on what country we're in, but that wouldn't show up as an "overseas" charge.

Can we get clarification on the UK/Euro billing from someone please? I'll /ccr and see if I can get an official response.

itszen,

that is common practice on credits cards for them to charge a
fee for transactions in foreign currency, in your case from US$ to
GBP£. That £1 extra is from your credit card company not SOE.

As for the price increase.. Thats BS..

I think that might be VAT not a price increase, but about the quid charge, i'd definetly be pissed about it. I use my solo card for my other swg account, as far as i know my bank doesnt charge me.

I queried this with SOE before and was told that it was VAT, and the £1 charge is likely to have been administered by your credit card company.

Its not a VAT increase... I never had that charge from Monolith, and that was also processed as an International transaction.... no £1 costs there.
