been palying it 2 years...Already got that nice stationacess!!!I hope their is Co-op space dogfights like when Luke helped Han Solo on The Millenium Falcon blast the sh*t out of those Empire d*ck heads! lol
Yeah I am a Star Wars nerd! But I am not geeky, I have a big brain but I keep it fresh! (LOL, make me sound more geeky)
Anyways, I want to know servers people, what servers do you play on. Also hook up more people that you may know of that play SWG with this thread.

Say I started a rebel character, would it take long before I can fly the X-Wings/A-wings etc? Or if I start an Imperial pilot, would it take long before I can fly TIE's? Would be great if someone could give a rough estimate as to how long it'd take for a new player to get into the flying.

Ah good to hear you can fly right away...
I'm guessing from what was already said, that to get to fly a falcon-type transport ship you have to advance down a ship flying ability tree or something? Is it a long time before you can fly the falcon sized ships?
Thanks for the info.
Yup.. in fact, to fly the Falcon, you need to progress down the Neutral flight path, which are different ships and rebel or imperial.. and you can't fly the sucker until you master the profession, which takes a while..
I would estimate with casual flying 1-3 months to master..

Don't forget the little people..
Running droid commands, fixing damage as
it happens, and healing the gunners![]()
It really is quite a blast
I seem to always get stuck piloting..
But actually..I kinda like it.. flying up to the corellian corvettes while the gunners fire away.. having mah trusty co-pilot running the droid commands and keeping us alive.. then backing off at just the right moment when 'she just can't take anymore!'

What ships are down the neutral line? I'd be more interested in piloting that kind of ship than working towards being a Jedi or something.
Sorry, I feel like I've hijacked the thread. I'll try to cut back on the questions and seek answers from the website or something.
Are there PvP servers? Are all the Servers PvP or Non-PvP, I want to know that kind of stuff. What is the lvl cap?
Man I am asking noobish questions. :smileyvery-happy:

I would check Bria or Ahazi both then..
Not sure which of the two would have a
higher Imperial presence.. best bet might
be to do some forum trolling before creating
If you buy SWG I would recommend purchasing the "Total Experience"
It gives you:
1) SWG
2) Jump to Lightspeed
3) Rage of the Wookiees expansion pack
4) A cool BARC speeder that is quite the fast cruiser..
Who ever said I would not buy The Total Experience? Anyone that does not own SWG and plans to buy it and does not by The Total Experience is just idiotic. L O L
Anyways I just installed SWG on my computer, turns out it came with 5 disc so I am expecting this to be good.
I don't know, The Server Radiant is looking good, it is the only server that has gotten two hits on this thread.

Just like Giveen said, come to Radiant![]()
I would, but grinding up Invest IV is a pain i'd rather not go thru again.
I got 40mil creds on Chimeara, enough to keep me in lapdancing shaved wookies for at least a couple of months.
:smileyindifferent:

Just let me know your character names, and I"ll come and find you.
Lots of MxO folks on Gorath.
You've probably chosen a server, but if anyone else is asking about MxO players in SWG, I'm Drekkin Hart, Mon Cal Droid Engineer and rebel pilot on Wanderhome.
SWG will always be my first love MMORPG wise.
