Seems reasonable to me. it's not "Too Strong" Like you said, you "assumed" that the Assassin moves had higher damage. Also, it's harder to get WDD off than it is to get Punt (theoretically) as you have to ensure the state.

That's three times the amount Intensify Damage gives. So yes, it is enormous. I'm not sure how the damage system really works, but Karate does do a lot more damage than Kung Fu. I wonder what the formula for Damage is....hmm lets ask a dev.
