That's no good! I don't recall exactly how far the storyline quests go, but I can certainly send in a GM assistance request if you can send a PM my way with your character name and server.
Are either of you still having an issue? Please PM me or reply here if so - I'd certainly like to see where it's originating to get you playing again.
Ah. A bit late, I am! Should you ever need any trial keys, you can request me through our Live Chat support and I'd be happy to get you what you need as well!
There is currently an issue with our international billing system that was not resubscribing players who had used Global Collect to pay for their account for the month of January. This is a known issue, and a fix for this should be impleme...
I haven't heard any attempts of folks trying the game to Windows 7 - but it would be good to know if there is any particular error messages at the least.
It's likely to be waiting for a method of payment for a subscription to be placed in before the 30 day free period begins. It requires that information first, though, essentially as a method of age verification. Please send me a PM though...
Good to hear! There are some issues going around that the appropriate people are aware of. But, if you are still having forum problems, please let me know either here or through a petition and I'll have it checked into.
It has been some time since we've heard from you on this - is it still an issue you need assistance with? Please let us know.
Hmm. Not sure what that might have been all about. But problems that fix itself are always nice. Let me know if you require any further assistance!

Aye. Please let us know if you're still getting the same darkness now that the halloween event has been removed from the game.
If you still have trouble, I would suggest contacting GM support through a petition and let him know what you'll need to delete something to switch off your outfit before you do so. So once you do, the GM can check on what was just removed...
Good to hear. Enjoy the game!
Did those suggestions fix your particular issue?
Are you still unable to login?
Thanks for catching that one NeoTeny/Phluff!
Did DaJustifier's suggestion work? It probably did - just making sure
Yes, thanks for catching that one Neopill.
I'm going to go out on a limb and say you can log on now?
Just checking up here - are you still having problems?
Hmm. It may be troublesome to get things working until our petition system comes back online.
That's handy - I could definitely use something like this from time to time.
Is this problem still apparent? I just gave a login recently and didn't run into any trouble - making sure though.
Judging by the pace of this forum, not many people have billing troubles with MXO!

Still waiting for a response (from within the company) to get more information on the subject. It just appears to be the game not loading the rescources it should have access to.
Nothing is currently off with the login servers - I logged in myself to take a look. Could you send a PM my way with your account name? I'd like to check to see if there is anything wrong with the account specifically. If not, we can go th...
Phantastic!
Wow - that's a little odd. Could you PM me with your account name so I may take a look? Sometimes these issues are character specific so I'd like to check that out first.
We can start by getting some of your DxDiag and MSInfo information - you can find instructions on how to get that info here . From there, we can wade through the data and see where the culprit is.
... A Kill Bill quote comes to mind: "You didn't think it was going to be easy, did you?" You'll overcome eventually! Keep us updated.

It's been a while since I've heard any reported problems on this - I did report the situation but I didn't hear much back . Is anyone else having trouble that needs my help?
Had nothing that was suggested previously in this thread helped? If not, we can see what can be found through some of your system data.
That works, I guess
Very sorry for the delayed response, Virrah. But please check your PMs if you may still be interested in getting this figured out!
Unfortunately I've retrieved very little information from the teams regarding this issue. The authenticating error is something I'm trying to get more information myself though. I do apologize for the delayed response from me - it has been...

@phi - Yes. That's exactly how it should be. Phluff - Ouch . Talk about anti-climactic. I also have a terrible history of having power supplies die out on me; but on a brand new system, that's even worse. My deepest condolences. May your h...
New computers shouldn't be a cause for nail biting!
Aye, hopefully that will get you back and playing normally in no time. How long will it be until you know for sure?
This is pretty awesome! A step in the right direction, at the least.
You should be, if anything, TOO qualified with those specs. I'm quite envious.
Glad to hear it's working for you!
I suspected Vista only due to the fact that the Vista User Account Control (or UAC) prevents certain file types from renaming themselves, which can cause patchers to hang up on specific files. Alas - If you aren't using Vista, it could be...
1. about 9 months! 2. No coffee here. Most of my caffeine comes from Mountain Dew or another carbonated beverages. 3. Mr. 9mmFu is handling that from a separate department, so I don't have much news for you on this unfortunately. 4. That's...
Did everything get taken care of regarding this for you? Just checking up on the situation.
Hopefully not - But if I can figure something out with Fen, then it might serve to assist you if you end up having similar issues.
Hmmm. Might you be using Windows Vista?
Greetings, loyal fans of MXO! Most of you know me as Ken, and some of you know me as 'that guy'! Either way, I've been put as the Tech rep here and I'd like to make the most of it assist you fine folks. As such, I will create posts such as...
Hmm. I'd like to have my Tier 2s take a crack at these at the very least. Could you send me a PM with your account name and a reachable E-Mail address and we'll go from there?
I'm not particularly familiar with this error - are you still having this problem? I'll relay the information given to someone here if necessary to see what may be causing it.
Right. It was likely a case of the server hamsters needing to be switched out during maintenance. You can always PM me (it alerts me on my system) when curious to situations like this in the future as well.
Nice bit of info there. I'll see if I can relay these useful bits to someone after a run a few tests myself as well.
Hmm. It would be good to pinpoint the reason behind it. Has anyone confirmed that this problem doesn't exist at all on Vista? If not, I can have someone here take a look at all resolutions through Vista on windowed mode.
Thanks for the warm welcome! I'm here to provide MXO technical assistance and any representation when it comes to those out of the box problems that do arise from time to time. I shall endeavor to last longer than the rest of the represent...
