I tried to download the game on my laptop this evening using my purchase from Direct2Drive but ran into an error as I tried to pull up the launcher. The error reads as follows:
'Failed to create a copy of the launcher or a critical support library for patching. If you have a file called Matrix.exe in your game directory, please make sure it is writable.'
I read on another post that if you put yourself into Admin mode you're good to go, well I tried that and nothing came of it. If possible, lend a hand. Thanks for your time.
