Activated account but can't log in to play

I got an account activation via email an put it in, and it says my account is close, now correct me if I'm wrong, but aren't I supposed to get a free 30 days for doing so?  So why can't I play the game, I wasn't sure where to put this, so can someone help me please.

You have to have valid billing information and a payment plan before you can access your free days.

You don't have to give billing info using the trial keys I give out on mxospace and downloading the game costs nothing, but it is a 2 week trial, not 30 days.
