Creating a new character, need help

I am a returning player.  I wanted to start anew.  When I complete the creatation section and click on accept, it conects... but a Creation rejectected( MS_SOEVALIDATIONFAILED) error. I am unsure as to what this means.

I'm not particularly familiar with this error - are you still having this problem?

I'll relay the information given to someone here if necessary to see what may be causing it.

I read that as:
SOE VALIDATION FAILED

Does your account have credit card information entered. If you are only using the trial you still need to enter the CC information. You can cancel the subscription any time during the trial (even immediately after you entered the details) and you won't get charged.

SOE Validation Failed says to me that your account can't log in because it's not valid.
