Well from being a closed beta, open beta, and live launch player. I kinda drifted away after a few things that changed the game a little too much for me. I thought about coming back and I did just a few weeks ago. I used a trial and just paid for a month. Well I log on this morning and my character on syntax is gone..... anything I can do? I have a few friends wanting to come back to it, its just retarted that after not logging in for a day, my character is gone and makes the whole second try a waste of time.
Returning Player needs help! Character issues!

Welcome back. I believe there is a minimum play requirement on trial accounts. It's one of those things you agree to when making the account.
At the top-right corner of these forums is a HELP link. That will take you to support (you may have to verify your email address to log in). You can log a petition asking to get your character undeleted, but I don't know what the trial account data retention policy is.
Whatever you do, make sure that you keep at least one free character slot on Syntax and don't make another character with the same name. Hopefully they can restore it for you. Usually every account is permitted one undeletion.

Ok thanks man. Well whats weird about it is that the trial ended and then I renewed the subsciption and my character was still there. I played for a few hours and then i log on this morning and then gone...
Did everything get taken care of regarding this for you? Just checking up on the situation.
