Okay... I've been at this patcher for a few days and I just can't seem to solve my problem...

The problem is that every time I try to patch the game, it gets stuck at "Scanning: rezmap.ltb". I sat and watched the patcher sit and do nothing for about 2 days, still on that one file. Any ideas on how I can get it to get moving?

Hmmm. Might you be using Windows Vista?

The patcher can drop out frequently on the larger files. close it and re-open it and it will pick up where it left off.
nothing to do with Vista

I tried to restart it... and then had the same problem. I also tried to uninstall it and just start over... and the same problem occured...

I had the same problem when installing on my new computer.

Install the Station Launcher and use that to update the game, after that you can use the normal launcher if you wish.

I suspected Vista only due to the fact that the Vista User Account Control (or UAC) prevents certain file types from renaming themselves, which can cause patchers to hang up on specific files.

Alas - If you aren't using Vista, it could be a connectivity-based issue. It would be great if Station Launcher worked to help you out as well.

hi i'm having the same problem. and i am using vista. when i us the station launcher its taking 3 hours and it just keeps going up and down in time between the 3.
