It always does it at the worst time to when I am missioning... so I got pissed.

Now I have another problem
I try to jack in on vector and I have no luck..
I tried like 10 different HL's and none of em worked..
when I try, it stays at negotiating with servers..
Please help

This was happening with one of my characters on Vector last night as well. My solution was wait a couple minutes, run the launcher with a Full File Scan, and then proceed to attempt the login. After a few misses, I was able to log in, brought me into the Loading Area, then I picked a safe hardline like Uriah NE (I say safe as I was able to log into that hardline with an alt on another account) and I was back in.Now I have another problem

Nobody should have to use any kind of work around when its not there problem.
Its MxO/SOE side to fix it.
This just how i feel right now with this Company.

True, but when it comes down to it, I'd rather utilize a possible fix on my end than wait for them to figure out/fix what the issue is...which we've not always seen the speediest response on.

Ugh it's happening again...
Can you shut the servers down and fix this *CENSORED* problem!?
It's getting annoying.
Unfortunately I've retrieved very little information from the teams regarding this issue. The authenticating error is something I'm trying to get more information myself though.
I do apologize for the delayed response from me - it has been an interesting start to the week. We are aware of the issues occurring though and I'd like to get more information back your way as I'm updated myself.
