Multiple accounts activated with only one subscription plan paid for??

So I decide to come back.  I activate my old account "FreequencyJR."  I then go to activate my other account "RodimusPrime," and it says that it's activated.  I check the subscription date because I know for a fact I haven't logged into that account for Months.. maybe even a year...  Looking at the sub date it's exactly the same as my "Freequency" account.

    Here's the real issue.  When I go to play on the RodimusPrime account, I have no characters created.  Nothing.. it's all gone.  I can't even get to live chat to figure out what the hell is going on.  I can't even send in a /ccr ticket from that account.  So how in the HELL am I able to post a topic with this account.. Someone HELP!! Please.. I want my 50's on this account back!!!!

Now posting on the account that I Re-subed.  Yet this one has every character on it!!!!! Help Meh Pweese!
