Just make the state requiring move cancel/end the state. or put them on the same timer

All I know is that as a hacker I usually die in interlock pretty quick. But then I am always on withdraw - so not really trying to stay in.

The fragments have a cost? I.e it costs you to make the vaiable frags and also to make the code itself.... it is simply collating the costs. This is a guess. can someone disproove?
