I think the 15% is right as it is.  SMGs have a high rate of fire, which makes it seem that it is more than 15%, but in reality it is perfect.  I am biased as I use Clamor as my primary weapon, but it seems to me that the Stun is the main reason for using it.  The damage on Clamor is fairly low, considering that it is the highest level Dual SMG available, and I think that if the Stun was changed, it would make them worthless.

The Stun on Clamor is also one of the few ways to stop a fleeing opponent, seeing as how you can't use abilities while moving.  15% is fair.

Maybe it is done as 15% on each of the pair, giving a sort of 30% stun rate

Ah yes the ever present arguement x happens more often that y says it should.

For MxO the only real test of this scenario is to run a good number of samples with your chat log on and parse the chat log for unique string you are looking for.

How many occurances is a good sample I can hear you thinking?

Well in the wonderful world of QA I would run the scenario enough to get 1000 stuns to go off then compare how many normal Free Fire Attacks had to go through to get those 1000 sampling. There by getting a % chance of stun going off.

Also repeat for interlock.

Any sampling lower than this usually will be erronious in the MxO system.

Welcome to the world of QA. :smileywink:
