One of the best ideas and setups for a PvP player event I've seen (Only other similar is the PvP events using halloween costumes). I missed the last Syntax event but will definitely try to attend the coming Syntax versions.

Personally I prefer being part of smaller factions, but I understand the point being made. When an entire org on a server is as big as one of the factions that were around in the past it isn't a great sign.
